We also offers individual instruction designed to support your physical therapy program, both during and after therapy is complete.

Medical Therapeutic Yoga
Registration begins 3rd week of every month.
- Mondays, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Tuesdays, 12:00 pm– 1:00 pm
- Wednesdays, Yoga Basics, 12:00 pm – 1:00, pm
- Thursdays, 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Self-Myofascial Release Workshop
- Mondays from 5:00pm-6:00pm by request
- Every Friday 12:00pm-1:00pm
