Classes and Workshops
Physical health is an ongoing pursuit during your lifetime. To support your health & wellness goals, Roper PT offers classes and specialty workshops so you can avoid ever needing physical therapy. We also offer individual instruction designed to support your physical therapy program, both during and after therapy is complete.

- Tuesdays, core yoga: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
- Wednesdays, foundations yoga: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
- Thursdays, core yoga: 9:30 am – 10:30 am
- Fridays, sports yoga: 7:00am – 8:00am

Restore & Release
A physical therapist-led restorative class where gentle poses are held for prolonged periods while simultaneously receiving myofascial release treatment. A great option as an introduction to myofasical release or as a reduced price treatment option!

Meditation & Mindfulness
Meditating calls you to focus your attention to your thoughts in efforts to be present, and eliminate the stream of thoughts about the past, future, and things you can’t control. Our meditation classes are a $10 suggested donation class. Our donations go toward a new local non-profit each quarter.
