Classes and Workshops

Physical health is an ongoing pursuit during your lifetime. To support your health & wellness goals, Roper PT offers classes and specialty workshops so you can avoid ever needing physical therapy. We also offer individual instruction designed to support your physical therapy program, both during and after therapy is complete.

Therapeutic Yoga

  • Tuesdays, core yoga:  12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
  • Wednesdays, foundations yoga: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Self-Myofascial Release Workshop

  • 1st Friday each month, 12:00pm-1:00pm
  • 3rd Thursday each month, 5pm-6pm

Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditating calls you to focus your attention to your thoughts in efforts to be present, and eliminate the stream of thoughts about the past, future, and things you can’t control. Our meditation classes are a $10 suggested donation class. Our donations go toward a new local non-profit each quarter.
